This Is Who We Are
Love on Hamilton started in 2014 through Daniel and Katie Ziedins with a simple but burning conviction: every person matters to God, and the love of Jesus belongs in the streets.
What began as a heart to serve the lost and broken in Hamilton has grown into a broader multiplying vision through Love on The World. The mission is not just street outreach — it is discipleship, training, multiplication, and city transformation.
Love on Hamilton focuses on loving people in every way possible — seeing the lost and broken come to know Jesus, and believing anyone can be redeemed by God's grace. For over a decade, this team has been on the streets, in the cold, in the rain, showing up for people the world has forgotten.

There Is Hope for the Broken
Every week, we feed and clothe hundreds of people on the streets of Hamilton. But food and clothing are just the beginning. We are here for the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
We have seen people set free from addiction. We have watched lives completely transformed by the power of Jesus. Many on our team were once on the streets or trapped in addiction themselves — and are now free in Jesus and serving others.
We believe no one is too far gone for the love of God.

Love on Hamilton offers evangelism training for churches and believers. We believe the Great Commission is for every believer, and God wants to use ordinary people in extraordinary ways. Our training equips you with simple, practical tools — then you get to put them into practice right away.

Salvation
The most important decision you will ever make is what you do with Jesus.
If you have not fully surrendered your life to Him, there is nothing in this world more important than this moment. God loves you. He created you with purpose. And He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the price for your sin so that you could be forgiven, set free, and made new.
The Bible says that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Jesus took on the punishment we deserved. He was crucified, buried, and rose again on the third day — conquering sin, death, and hell forever.
Salvation is not earned. It is a gift. It comes through repentance — turning away from sin — and placing your faith entirely in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
A Prayer of Surrender
"Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again. I repent of my sins and I turn to You. I surrender my life to You — all of it. Forgive me, cleanse me, and make me new. I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and lead me from this day forward. I am Yours. In Jesus' name, Amen."
